The live voting app for Hakochav Haba, the Israeli format where the audience at home decides in real time whether the wall goes up.
In Hakochav Haba the performance is only half the show: while a contestant sings, viewers vote from their phones and a wall lifts in front of them when enough of the country says yes. The app had to carry that vote, live, at national scale, in Hebrew and right to left.
Every screen is one instruction. Enter to vote, waiting for the vote to close, here are the results, waiting for the broadcast to continue: each state fills the phone with the contestant, the song title and one action, so a viewer can act without looking away from the television for long.
The look follows the set - black, the blue crystal star, a single accent bar - with the result percentage large enough to read from across a living room, and the sponsor rail held to a fixed strip at the bottom so it never competes with the vote.
